The remote support tool allows prevention technicians and experts to connect with each other in real time, with the best video quality even in adverse connectivity and coverage conditions, and maximum security, using the latest technological advances in Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality, and using any device.

The work centers have different devices with which to connect through the application, and from the Smart Center, collect all the necessary documentation in the inspection, verifying the working conditions remotely and reducing travel times and costs.

“Acciona is capable of maintaining reliable traceability during the connection, generating around 200 evidence per inspection, in image and video, enhanced thanks to its different functionalities, such as Augmented Reality pointers or drawings, screen freezing or zoom.” .

Another of the solution’s strong points is its real-time text and voice translator, which allows you to communicate in the best possible way with the prevention technicians present in the workplace when the interlocutors do not speak the same language. The integration of the remote support solution into the Acciona Smart Center also means a new optimal communication channel in the event of an alarm, reducing response times in the effective identification of any risk.
