The April issue of Autorevista, echoes the success story of the implementation of 4REMOTE in all divisions of Continental Automotive.
Continental Automotive, employs over 245,000 people in 60 countries and markets.
Its wide industrial implantation all over the world made it necessary to find solutions that would ensure good communication between different locations, allowing interaction even in the most complex design, assembly or production processes, without the need to travel to check start-ups, solve incidents on production lines or provide maintenance assistance.
After a successful pilot, led by Victor Canton, Industry 4.0 Project Manager at Continental, 4REMOTE, the software for Expert Remote Assistance based on Augmented Reality, is currently being deployed in all divisions of the company. It allows remote and real-time connection, saving travel time, improving response time and facilitating training.
