Digitalization of industrial operations

Digitalization of industrial operations

Industrial operations are a systematic series of processes that can be mechanical, physical or chemical, and that manufacture or produce something at the end of all of them.

When a company starts manufacturing a product, the industrial operation is determined by different factors, such as consumer demand, the availability or not of raw materials, the manufacturing technique to be used or the resources available to the manufacturing company itself.

Industrial operations may vary according to the sector in which they are carried out, and they all have their advantages and disadvantages depending on the technique used to carry them out. But, in the vast majority of cases, however great the difference, they are all reduced to specific phases where digitalisation helps to carry them out in a faster, more efficient and safer way.

Digitalization of industrial operations

• Prioritization and Planning of OFs, OTs y OMs
• Material Availability Planning
• Traceability of employees and products
• Control of time incurred (man/machine)
• Integration and capture of machine data
• Material consumption per producto
• Management and assignment of tasks to employees
• Operations per position in production
• Calculation of direct and indirect costs by product
